ISOIOM17427 Isolated I/O
The ISOIO module contains eight relay outputs and eight opto-isolated inputs. The eight relay outputs are
all three terminal interface with a common, normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) connection. Each of
the eight opto inputs has a range of 5 to 24 Vdc.
There is also two fused power and ground outputs to bias the opto-inputs or relays.
SERM17428 Serial Bus
This module provides various serial interface options including a buffered selectable voltage level TTL
output, an RS-232 compliant output, a USB com port and a UEXT interface. Each of the three serial line
(TXD & RXD) interfaces are selectable via GPIO signals from the host computer.
ADIOM18063 Analog I/O
This is a differential analog module with eight 12 bit differential analog inputs with a range of ± 30Vdc and two
independent 12 bit DAC outputs with a op-amp buffered adjustable range up to 5Vdc.
THERM18451 Thermocouple
This module provides up to ten K-type thermocouple inputs.
PWRM20263 20W Power Supply
The PWRM20263 is a DC to DC 20W power supply for the à la mods system. It includes a wide input
range from 7 to 36 Vdc and provides 5Vdc to the host computer system (i.e. Raspberry Pi®) plus 3.3Vdc
and the input voltage to an Auxiliary Power Bus that can pass power throughout all à la mods stacked
modules.
EMBDZ19121 Embedded Z Host Controller
The Embedded Z Host is a true embedded microcontroller that is compatible with all the system modules
in the à la mods family of products. It is design around the Espressif ESP32 SoC with an added GPIO
expander to provide a complete Raspberry Pi® 40 pin header set of I/O.

The PWRZ 10W module is a DC to DC 10W power supply for the à la mods system. It includes a wide
input range from 7 to 36 Vdc and provides 5Vdc to the host computer system (i.e. Raspberry Pi) via the
GPIO 40 pin header. It also includes the à la mods Auxiliary Power Bus which provides a stacking
bus to distribute power throughout the stack.
THERMZ19381 Dual Thermocouple
The THERMZ module provides a dual MAX31855 thermocouple-to-digital converters with cold-junction
compensation for K-type thermocouple measurements. This device utilizes the SPI bus to control
and read temperature values in a 14-bit digital format with a typical accuracy of +/- 2% from
-200C to +700C.
ADIOZ19402 Analog I/O
The ADIOZ module provides 4 +/- 30V differential analog 12-bit ADC input channels and 1 12-bit
DAC output with a selectable output amplifier stage to boost the output voltage. This is a
"Smart" à la mods module that utilizes the SPI bus for control and monitoring.
